为进一步强化人才培养主责主业，深化人才培养内涵建设，加快创建新时代一流教育教学体系，持续引领建筑学科教育教学创新发展，色情导航 于2024年起在色情导航 设置“建筑设计教学岗”，按独立序列评聘。“建筑设计教学岗”属色情导航 全职教师岗或聘期制岗位，为高级专业技术职务岗位，主要组织、承担建筑类专业各类型设计课程教学及其教学组织，从事高质量规划设计实践，开展与设计教学、设计实践相关的研究。

根据色情导航 高水平师资队伍建设计划，2025年度拟面向国内外建筑类院校、建筑行业院所等引进“建筑设计教学岗”（教授或副教授）1名。招聘条件如下：

1.坚持正确政治方向，具有良好的思想政治素质和师德师风修养，坚持立德树人根本任务，身心健康，能全面履行岗位职责；
2.国内外高水平大学硕士研究生学历以上，获得建筑类学科硕士或以上学位；
3.年龄原则上不超过50周岁；
4.具备6年以上独立开展建筑设计实践或建筑设计教学的经历，具有主持完成的高水平建成设计作品和建筑设计教学成果；
5.应聘教授岗位需有在国内外一流建筑院校组织年级以上建筑设计教学课程，独立编制建筑设计教学教案并主持实施，取得优秀教学成果的经历；应聘副教授岗位需有在国内外一流建筑院校独立编制规划设计教学教案并主持实施，取得优秀教学成果的经历；
6.主创建筑设计作品获得国内外高水平奖励，或参展国内外高水平建筑设计展览（应聘教授排1，应聘副教授排前3）；
7.以一作身份在高水平期刊发表高质量设计作品，发表设计研究或设计教学论文，或出版个人作品集，或在国内外顶级期刊作为建筑评论对象，或以一作身份出版设计研究或设计教学著作（含教材）或译著；
8.需有3封以上国内外知名专家推荐信，其中来自申请人原就职单位或学习期间导师的推荐信只限1封；
9.通过由国际一流专家组成的建筑设计教学岗评聘专家委员会的考核与评议。

Recruitment for Full-Time Faculty Position in “Design Teaching”

School of Architecture, Southeast University

To strengthen the core mission of talent cultivation, deepen the connotation of education and teaching, accelerate the establishment of a world-class education and teaching system for the new era, and continue to lead innovation in architectural education, Southeast University has established the "Design Teaching" position within the School of Architecture since 2024, with an independent evaluation and appointment system. This senior professional position is a full-time faculty position or a fixed-term appointment position at Southeast University. The primary responsibilities involve organizing and undertaking design courses for architectural disciplines, conducting high-quality planning and design practice, and carrying out research in design education and practice.

In accordance with Southeast University’s high-level faculty development plan, one faculty member (Professor or Associate Professor) for the "Design Teaching" position will be recruited in 2025 from domestic and international architectural institutions. The recruitment requirements are as follows:

1. Maintain proper political stance, demonstrate strong ideological and ethical standards in teaching, commit to virtue-centered education, maintain physical and mental health, and be fully capable of fulfilling all job responsibilities.
2. Hold a master's degree or above from a prestigious university (domestic or international), with a master's degree (or equivalent) in architecture or a related discipline.
3. Candidates should be in principle under 50 years of age. 
4. Candidates must have a minimum 6 years of independent experience in architectural design practice and/or teaching, with demonstrated high-quality built works as primary architect and proven teaching achievements as the leading instructor.
5. For the Professor position -

Candidates must have experience in directing design courses at the grade level or above at top-tier architectural schools, independently developing design course syllabi, and achieving excellent teaching outcomes.

For the Associate Professor position –

Candidates must have experience in independently developing design course syllabi and leading implementation at top-tier architectural schools, with outstanding teaching achievements.

6. Design works must have received high-level awards domestically or internationally, been exhibited in prestigious design exhibitions (leading architect for Professor applicants, collaborating leading architect for Associate Professor applicants). 
7. Have published high-quality design works, design research, or design teaching papers as the first author in high-level journals, or been the subject of monographs or scholarly articles in internationally recognized architectural journals or the top Chinese journal in architectural discipline, or authored/translated books (including textbooks) as the first author on design research or teaching. 
8. Provide at least three recommendation letters from internationally renowned experts, with only one allowed from the applicant's previous employer or academic advisor during their study period.
9. Pass the assessment and review by the International Peer Review Committee, composed of distinguished international experts in the field.

· documentation certifying compliance with the above-stated requirements

· portfolio (featuring 5 representative works, including at least 2 design teaching achievements)

· A proposal for work plans at Southeast University
